#### ✅ 환불 가능한 경우

* **서비스 시작 후 14일 이내**에 해지하면 환불받을 수 있어요.
* 기존 서비스기간이 남아있는 상태로 연장했을 경우 연장한 금액은 **전액 환불**돼요.

예:  👉 기존 만료일이 아직 안 지났는데, 미리 연장 결제했다면?\
→ **새로 결제한 금액 전액 환불!**

#### ❌ 환불이 어려운 경우

* **14일이 지날경우, 1개월 사용으로 처리됩니다. (3\~12개월 플랜)**
* **1개월 플랜을 사용한 후 14일이 넘었다면** 환불이 불가능해요.
* **3개월 이상 할인된 요금제로 가입하셨다면**,\
  남은 기간의 할인 혜택만큼 일부 금액이 차감돼요.

#### 🧾 환불 계산 방식

* 남은 날짜만큼 **일 단위로 계산**해서 환불됩니다.
* \*\*할인 플랜(3/6/12/24개월)\*\*의 경우:\
  👉 할인 혜택을 미리 받았기 때문에,\
  👉 **남은 기간의 할인금액은 위약금으로 차감**됩니다.

#### 🛑 환불 시 주의사항

* 환불이 완료되면 서비스가 **즉시 삭제**됩니다.
* **모든 데이터는 복구할 수 없으니** 반드시 백업해 주세요!
* 환불 요청 시, 동의 항목을 체크한 뒤 진행할 수 있어요.
